How long is the rental?+
Our standard rental is about 4 hours of jump time, and we can often do overnight. Setup is always included — we arrive 1–3 hours early so you're ready before guests show up.
Do you deliver to my town?+
We serve all of Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island. Setup is always included; delivery is a flat fee based on your area — just tell us your town and event date for the exact cost.
Are the units clean and safe?+
Always. Every unit is sanitized with a non-toxic cleaner before and after every event, and we're fully licensed and insured.
What happens if it rains?+
Your deposit is refundable if it's raining or winds are above 15 mph sustained on your party day — or you can simply reschedule to another date.
How do I hold my date?+
An 8% deposit by card holds your date and unit. The balance is due on delivery. We accept cards, cash, and Venmo.
