3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and where required by law:

  • Stripe— payment processing.
  • Email provider (Resend)— to send booking and service messages.
  • Delivery crew— the delivery address and event details needed to set up and pick up your rental.
  • Insurers and tax authorities— records shared only when required for an insurance claim (for example, an accident) or a tax audit.
  • When otherwise required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data retention

We retain booking and payment records for a minimum of five years to meet tax and insurance requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so except where we are required to keep it for those legal obligations.
