Why We Process and Store Customer Data
Bounce Long Island processes and stores customer data as a requirement in the completion of a sale. Additionally, Bounce Long Island may use customer data to promote and sell products and services. Please note that marketing will only apply to customers who have “opted in”. Length of Time Data is Stored
For tax and insurance purposes, Bounce Long Island will store customer data for a minimum of 5 years. After that time, it can be deleted, at the request of the customer. Please note customers can request to have their data deleted at any time by contacting us via telephone at 631.757.0294 or by email at bouncelongisland@gmail.com.
Access to Customer Data
Customer data is accessible by both owner and employees of Bounce Long Island. As both parties require this data to complete a sale and/or delivery. No other person(s) can access customer data without permissions from the owner of Bounce Long Island’s. Please note that any employee no longer employed with the company, will be immediately cut off and denied access to all applications containing customer data, same day as departure.
Sharing Customer Data
Bounce Long Island does not share data with anyone unless required to do so by an insurance company, in the event of an accident or if required for tax purposes, in the event of an audit.
